Double staffs with strong and light 7075 aluminum. Isis for extremely long life, and light weight

These double staffs are built from strong yet lightweight aluminum 7075-T6. The Isis wicks give a solid flame, incredibly long life, and excellent weight distribution.

We've had some cases where the Kevlar wicks took close to 1000 burns in harsh conditions before giving up.

Choose your size depending on your style: tech, shapes, spinning, or contact, there's a match for you.

Over the years, they have been adopted by most of the professional fire spinners and companies: Talon O'Day, Jean Sou, Noel Fehlmann, Vojta Stolbenko, SuperCHO, Lucas De Villiers, Valerie Solstix, etc.

One of the first designs we ever made back in 2019, and still a favorite.

We adapted the Isis knot to fit these staffs and removed all visible metal for your safety. Strong flame. Long lifespan.

The 13 mm (for 78 cm) or 16 mm (for 90 cm and 102 cm) aluminum tubing is strong enough to resist bending while keeping the weight low and the ends heavy for momentum.

We literally never saw one of these staffs bend in the last 5 years we used them.

Ideal for juggling, shapes, fishtails, spinning and more. The Isis wicks hold a lot of special FX powders like titanium or iron, perfect for shows.

Size Options

78 cm

Light and short. Great for tech grid and isolation moves, finger spins, tiptails, and shape-based flow.

90 cm

The classic size. Balanced and versatile. Works for tech, spinning, juggling, or contact. The best seller by far — if you don't know what to get, this is it.

102 cm

Great for double contact and flowing spinning styles. Double fishtails make a lot of sense with these, and they are the most visual of the 3.

Grip Information

Tennis Grip

Simple. Classic. Hard to beat. Originally designed for tennis, it matches perfectly the needs of flow arts. It feels great in the hands. Good grip with real comfort.

Silicone Tape

We use it to cover exposed metal near the flames. It's a key safety element. With this special silicone, touching hot metal by mistake becomes much less likely. We use it on all our fire staffs. One golden rule of fire prop building: as little exposed metal as possible. It handles fire as long as it keeps moving. Do not leave it burning on the ground. More than 10 seconds in place and it will degrade fast. In motion, heat dissipates better and the silicone can last for many years.

Custom

All our fire props are made by hand in our workshop in France! Our team of expert artisans can make pretty much anything you could think of.

Fire Safety

Soak 90% of the head, let the rest absorb naturally. Never soak longer than 2–3 seconds. If fuel drips from the wick, it's already too much. Even on the first burn.

Never let the staff burn without moving for more than 10–15 seconds. Silicone can handle fire well while in movement.

Never perform with fire alone: a dedicated safety assistant and a ready-to-use fire blanket are non-negotiable.
