A Puppyhammer is a meteor that is long enough to be worn as poi. In one prop, you mix techniques from Rope Dart, Staff spinning and Poi. It's really challenging and interesting to explore.
It's really a prop that involves the whole body and gives you a full workout aswell as good spacial awareness.
Sizing is everything: too short and the poi become unworkable, too long and the heads drag on the ground. Total length is typically your height plus one poi length on each side. One prop, three disciplines.
Here we make a beginner-friendly setup with quality parts, built to your measurements, using our soft and strong Dyneema rope. Now with even more vibrant colors.

Sizing

We ship it ready for you to adjust node placement at the clavicle point and poi point. All you need is a regular screwdriver, no special tools.
