The new favorite option of Contact Staff artists. Yoga mat grips feel amazing: the right amount of grippy without being too much, super comfy, and available in beautiful colors.

The downside used to be durability. That's over now.

Oscar, a British staff expert and professional prop maker, finally found what we were all looking for: a durable yoga mat grip. After over a year of testing, the grip is still intact, with almost no signs of wear, despite intensive use. It is ideal to make Contact Staff, Hybrid Staff, Double Staff, etc...

That being said, we are still gathering long-term feedback. It may react differently in humid conditions and degrade faster in tropical countries, or depending on the color chosen.
Another advantage is the weigh : This grip is super light and won't affect the weight distribution of your Contact Staff like Goat Grip would.

Yoga mat style grips were first introduced by David Baron from Wizard of Flow, one of the best Contact Staff makers out there.
We use double sided tape to apply this grip.
