Stainless steel split rings are very strong and useful for many situations. Perfect to attach Kevlar or Technora ropes to make fire poi, aswell as chains and swivels together.
We recommend using a Split Ring plier to open them.
We are very happy to offer our line of special hardware that fits perfectly our fire spinning application. We've been using the same product for years, and are very proud to say that none of the thousands of split rings we used has ever broken!
They are used to attach Technora, Kevlar ropes and other applications where you need the smallest piece of hardware to joint 2 ropes or chains together.
Important
Once you splice Technora or Dyneema to a split ring, you will NOT be able to remove it easily. The open split ring will likely grab some fibers of the rope and (at best) damage it. It works perfectly to attach chains and other metal parts together.
